Work Performed this past week:

•  Started Landscaping on Dewes and should be completed early next week weather permitting
• Bituminous Driveways will be installed today, Friday

Work Anticipated to be performed, November 5th to November 9th.

·       Landscaping will be completed early next week, weather permitting

• Bituminous surface will be installed early next week     

 

By the end of next week substantial completion should be achieved for Dewes St. The road will be paved, the landscaping should be completed and only Misc. tasks moving forward.

      Contractor finishing road excavation and stone base

 

Work Anticipated to be performed, October 16th to October 19th.

·        Start curb installation on the North side of Dewes on Saturday weather permitting. Will follow up with driveways and sidewalks on the North side Saturday and Monday

       Notices are being passed out to each side to help to help guide you through the phasing of the next few weeks

      Contractor finished moving water services from the old main to the new main.

Contractor started the excavation for new aggregate base on Dewes.

 

Work Anticipated to be performed, October 8th to October 12th.

·        Finish road excavation and aggregate base and start curb work, weather permitting

       Notices will be passed out to each home help guide you through the phasing of the next few weeks
