Work Performed This Week, April 23rd to April
27th

Resident Preconstruction Meeting held on
Tuesday, April 24th. Thank you to all those residents who
attended the meeting. We hope you found the information presented useful and
were able to get some of your questions regarding the project answered. If you

Contractor started mobilizing equipment and
materials to the job site.
Work Anticipated to be performed next week, April 30th
to May 4th.

Saw-cutting the existing pavement in the
locations of the underground utilities

Sanitary sewer repairs as planned.
As heavy construction starts, the amount of construction
traffic will increase. We appreciate your patience and understanding as
you travel along Topp Lane throughout the project.
Dewes Street
Nicor is currently in the process of replacing the existing
gas main and services along Dewes Street. Once that work is completed, the
Dewes Street Roadway and Utility Improvement project will begin. More
information regarding the start date will be provide as the schedules are
finalized.
